No-worry return

For 30 days after receipt, you may return your ONVI Device for a full refund. Purchases made in November and December may be returned until 31 January. Returned Devices must be in good condition and include all original accessories. Accessories purchased separately can only be returned if they are unopened. Shipping and taxes are not refundable and you will be responsible for shipping costs and insurance, and to pack your Device properly in the original or equivalent packaging. In the event of a product defect, you may have additional rights under our Limited Warranty.

Pre-orders

If you order a product before its availability date (a “pre-order”), you will be charged the full amount at the time you place the order. However, you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before shipping (and you can still take advantage of our no-worry return option after shipping). Pre-orders are estimated to be delivered in the first quarter of 2021; the exact delivery date is subject to change, and is in no way guaranteed. In the event we are not able to ship the product, we will issue you a full refund.
